We recognize that as health care providers we are on the frontline for providing our patients with updated information and guidelines regarding the virus. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Appointments

Our team is standing by the phones to help assist you in not only changing your appointments, but, to answer you medical concerns.

Telehealth (coming soon)

We are currently working on setting up Telehealth so we can perform virtual visits with our patients.  We will let all of our patients know once this has been completed and ready to use.

What to expect at your visit

Rest assured our standard cleaning routines are very thorough; however, during this time, we have increased our efforts throughout the reception, exam rooms, etc. These actions include, but are not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched items in guest rooms and throughout the public spaces of each office. We are screening each patient before they enter the office to attempt to reduce any possibility of exposure. You will be asked a short questionnaire and your temperature taken prior to entry.

We recommend you to stay home if…

We encourage you to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing one or more of the following.  1) fever 2) cough 3) Shortness of breath 4) Travelled outside of the US in the past 2 weeks 5) came in contact with A COVID-19 positive patients

We’re providing hand sanitizer stations at our screening location and inside the office.  We are also ensuring our team members have disposable wipes with them at all times to clean commonly used surfaces like chair arms and counter tops.  It’s also important to note that our cleaning materials and supplies meet or exceed industry standards.

The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our office. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our patients.
