Stacey Smallwood, MSNBoard Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN

Stacey is a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She attended Eastern Kentucky University where she earned of Bachelor of Science of Nursing and her Masters of Science in nursing, graduating with recognition from the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is an active member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives.

Stacey is a Stanton, KY native with a passion for preventative medicine, comprehensive holistic care and patient education. Stacey brings a wealth of diverse skills to our team, drawing on her 24+ years of experience. As a cancer survivor, she has a personal passion for treating neuropathy and those at increased risk of falling. She stands by the belief that “education empowers patients to facilitate change” and she provides a wealth of knowledge to our patients in a way that connects with their daily lives.

Get to Know Stacey

Stacey is a Stanton, Kentucky native, but currently resides in Richmond with her son, Tate. Growing up on the backside of Natural Bridge State Park and Red River Gorge, she enjoys swimming, explorative hiking and fishing in the local waterways. When she's not busy with her various outdoor activities, she is cheering her son on at his sporting events.

With a diverse background including primary care and dermatology, Stacey specializes in patient education and comprehensive holistic care. As our primary provider for follow up visits, Stacey’s keen eye to skin + nail health makes her a vital asset to monitoring and improving patient health. Her expertise allows for substantially positive results among our patients.
